Ø  Conduct around 350 to 400 Recruitment drives each year.

Ø  Around 100 Off Campus/Pool Campus Recruitment drives each year are conducted for unemployed youth from across Maharashtra as well as around 7-8 states of India. 

Ø  Founder President, Maharashtra Training Placement Officers’ Association (MATPO) the association of around 500 Training Placement Officers which helps the student community to enhance their Employability & Placements.

Ø  Conducted “MaTPO Aptitude Idol -2019” on 22/07/2019 to improve the Employability of students of Maharashtra. 41,000 students registered & 32,000 actually participated.

Ø  Conducted TPO Development Program (TDP) for enhancing the knowledge and skills of Training Placement Officers in Sept. 2019 in which more than 200 TPOs & 20 Industry professionals interacted with them.

Ø  Conducted around 250 Training sessions across India for TPOs, College Principals, HODs, Faculty & students.

Ø  Take care of placements of 4 engineering colleges : 1)PCET’s PCCOE, Nigdi, Pune 2)PCET’s PCCOE&R, Ravet, Pune 3)PCET’s NMIET, Talegaon, Pune 4)PCET’s NCER, Pune

Ø  Drastically improved the Placement percentage from 2 % to 75% at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE), Pune

 Ø  Even though it was First Passing out Batch of an Engineering college, Placed 71% students of Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering & Research (PCCOE&R), Ravet, Pune.

  •  Arranged 8 Industry Institute Interaction meets till date in which around 150 to 200 Training Placement Officers from across India and around 70 to 80 HR Directors, CTOs, Training Heads, HR managers interact to find out ways to improve Employability of engineering graduates. In the meet of 2016, total 2800 participants were there (TPOs, HRs, Faculty & Students). 
  • Got the Accreditation of Capgemini, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, KPIT, TCS & others for PCET-NUTAN Group, Pune.
  • Organized 5 “Bharti Melas” in last 7 years for offering Apprenticeship in association with BOAT –( Board of Apprenticeship Training), which is an Autonomous body of Ministry of HRD, Govt of India.  3000 to 4000 students from across Maharashtra & around 30-35 companies like Tata Motors, Cummins, SKF, Bajaj, Finolex, Kishor Pumps etc. participated in each event. Around 300-500 offers of Apprenticeship in each event.
  • Felicitation at the hands of Hon. Vice Chancellor of Pune University for remarkable work in the field of placements by arranging Job Fair.
  • Conducted 2 Entrepreneurship Awareness camps of 3 days in association with MCED (Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development), MITCON & department of science & Technology.
